In the HR Tech team, you will work as a Run Specialist on SAP HCM and the new worldwide & strategic project: SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.

You will join the HR Tech Run team composed of 4 people.

You will lead this role with the HR Tech team and HR business teams, and in partnership with zones, countries and business coordinators.

What a day in the life of th e HRIS Tech Run Specialist looks like:

Your main missions will be:

  • Understanding business needs to design and propose relevant IT solution in accordance with the group strategy

  • Maintaining SAP HR (PA, OM) and other HR Applications

  • Configuring and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors modules such Employee Central, Time Off & Time Tracker

  • Following, integrating and testing SuccessFactors releases and supporting business partners

  • Ensuring the support level 2&3 of HR Applications

  • Participating to IT committees and dealing with various IT stakeholders (Data Privacy Owner, Architecture, Integration, procurement, legal …)

  • Being the IT owner of your HR applications

In parallel, you will follow Project Management methodology based on Agile using ServiceNow PPM.

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have:


  • IT engineer / University with IT major

  • Strong experience on SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors (administration & configuration)

  • Knowledge of PeopleDoc and ServiceNow is a plus

  • Excellent understanding of HR domain

  • Strong communicator, with ability to articulate both in IT and business terms

  • Fluent in English and French

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT and similar job
