• Define as the product owner of Center of Excellence (CoE) DataViz, UX & UI and Analytics platforms (Power BI, Looker), the features needed to improve adoption and governance and be the gatekeeper of the feature roadmap and prioritization
• Drive and coordinate transversal DataViz & UX/UI CoE subjects with Solution Tech Leads (Power BI, Looker)
• Work with Solution Tech Leads to standardize and implement transversal and scalable DataViz & UX/UI CoE best practices: development guidelines, norms, governance, knowledge resources, and reporting
• Identify and help remove obstacles (either internal or external to the CoE team) to accelerate adoption of CoE expertise and standards
• Facilitate and challenge Solution Tech Leads to provide the best solutions to technical and business use cases
• Lead the ITSM and ITBM initiatives for the CoE Team (process, tools, people, metrics) to organize support and for the build to run transition phase
• Fostering DataViz, UX/UI and analytics communities across Zones/Entities/Domains to communicate and share the latest state of the art practices and news with technical and business stakeholders
• Be the bridge between the CoE team and its business partners both internally (HR, training, school relations) and externally (software vendors, consulting services)

In this specific position, it will be important for you to have significant experience in:

• Deep technical experience in DataViz, in Business Intelligence and Analytics domains
• Ability to lead technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, proofs of concept, and pilots to explain, demonstrate, and proven BI Platform capabilities
• Be able to communicate technical direction to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with good written and verbal communication skills,
• Mastery of Data Visualization and Data Storytelling concepts
• Demonstrate strong humility and set a collaborative approach to problem solving
• Highly organized, solution-oriented, and skilled in project planning and prioritizing
• Can mobilize and coordinate all required stakeholders

• Solid experience in dealing directly with software vendors
• Excellent Business and Technical English
• Experienced with SQL, and if possible, with Google BigQuery
• Experienced with at least one analytics tool (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Qlik, …)

Skills and qualification:

• Advanced degree in engineering or technical/scientific field of study
• 4-6 years in technical experience in analytics & dataviz
• Full life cycle on data projects (from source to dashboard)
• Experience with managing analytics projects, processes, and people
• Experience with project management tools ex. Jira, Service Now (preferred)
• Professional Scrum Master Certification (preferred)
