Here’s how you will have a role to play in this team:

Monitor the market and scout potential investment opportunities worldwide in the beauty value chain
Lead multidisciplinary due diligence teams to assess, negotiate and close investment deals
Connect and align with internal stakeholders to identify synergies between potential investments and the L’Oréal group
Actively work on portfolio companies’ post-investment to create value & business synergies
Coordinate funds portfolio deal flows and onboard L’Oréal business leaders for additional business synergies
Monitor market trends and contribute to clarification of investment thesis
Animate internal advisors network & share marketing trends and potential targets
Help on developing marketing communication around BOLD (internal/external) through newsletters, events and workshops
Participate in different startup events, pitches and conferences

The skills that you will need to make an impact:
6+ years of experience in venture funds and/or M&A
Analytical / Technical / Financial skills and strong written and oral communication skills
Significant experience in deals execution and good knowledge of the VC environment
Ability to assign priorities to multiple requests for information, while ensuring integrity, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data
Ability to work independently and under time constraints
Work successfully within global multinational and startup environments
Strong insights with the capability to challenge, influence and develop
Demonstrated leadership, integrity
Passion for innovation and business development
Fluent in English
