Au sein de l’équipe Ressources Humaines de la Direction Générale des Opérations dans un environnement international sur le périmètre des métiers Qualité / EHS / Manufacturing du groupe , vous serez en charge de :

• Participer à la mise en place du Graduate Program au sein des usines du groupe en France et coordonner son suivi : intégration, animation des Graduates, suivi des délais des rotations, processus d’évaluation…
• People Management : accompagnement dans la gestion des mobilités Groupe (nationales et internationales) pour les profils Ingénieurs
• Accompagner la RRH dans ses missions quotidiennes auprès des équipes Qualité, EHS, Manufacturing

You are…

• A Master student (Cesure or Fin d’études) - No margin for negotiation on this one! Able to provide an internship agreement of 6 months issued by your school - no negotiation either!
• Fluent in English
