L-Acoustics is seeking a General Accountant for our APAC office in Singapore. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing accounting processes, and supporting compliance with statutory and corporate guidelines. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), account reconciliation, intercompany transactions, and employee reimbursements.
• Handle cash flow management to ensure financial stability.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting to management.
• Support forecasting and budgeting in line with corporate guidelines.
• Assist in the yearly statutory audit process.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, and local government authorities as required.
• Ensure compliance with management and statutory filing requirements.
• Perform filing and general administrative tasks to support the accounting department.
• Manage ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
• Assist in new process implementation and system upgrades as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of corporate finance, tax regulations, and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
