Kyriba’s Supply Chain Finance is a collaborative platform that manages invoices through early payments, from onboarding your suppliers to the program, to the analysis of financing results through the reporting dashboard. Kyriba offers two supplier-financing solutions with differing sources of financing available: dynamic discounting uses corporates’ own excess cash and liquidity, and reverse factoring leverages external funding sources.

We are currently looking for a Talented SCF Consultant who will be supporting the delivery of high-quality SCF implementation projects. The SCF Consultant has responsibility for applying best practices for all implementation work and following Kyriba implementation methodologies throughout the project phases. The Consultant will be located in Paris and will cover all SCF Projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1/ Client Management & Project Management:

Effectively sets and manages client expectations.
Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that fosters client ties. Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships. Manages projects independently.
2/ Deployment Execution:

Implements SCF business processes and system configuration necessary to meet client requirements.
Effectively coordinates Kyriba’s expertise teams (Connectivity…)
Applies Kyriba methodology and enforces implementation standards. Supports blueprint engagements and produces related collateral.
Assists to identify and quantify project risks.
Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
Maintains a 90% utilization rate.
3/Sales and Pre-Sales activities:

Support the Working Capital Solutions Team and the Value Engineering Teams to understand, justify and realize business value for Kyriba’s prospects and clients
Contribute to business-case development on Working Capital, with the support of the Value Engineering Teams based in the USA
Support the Sales Team during the contract phases with the clients
4/Communication:

Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
Facilitates effective client meetings.
Ability to understand and resolve customer issues.
5/ Training Materials Delivery: Ensures training materials are properly delivered to users and customers.

6/ Links-up with SCF R&D and Product teams to relay Customer feedbacks and participate to Kyriba’s SCF evolution.

Master degrees in Business or Finance
Min 3 years of experience in treasury and/ or financial services
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous project/customer management experience.
Excellent time management skills as multiple clients and projects will be managed simultaneously.
Capability to work with teams in multiple countries, across time zones.
Fluent French and English (a third language is appreciated)
Up to 50% travel required.
