Key responsibilities and duties:

As a Software Engineer, you will join a scrum team in our Paris office, located in Saint-Cloud. You will be responsible for architecting, designing and coding quality functionalities in tight collaboration with product managers. You enjoy working in a multi-cultural and international environment. You are a team player working actively within agile methodology, passionate and curious on latest technologies.

• Active in architecture definition
• Refactor and optimize of existing code
• Active in sprint planning
• Designing components in collaboration with other scrum team members
• Developing users stories selected during planning meeting with team
• Strong capability to investigate complex technical issues
• Ability to communicate efficiently with other technical teams, either from Engineering or Operation
• Applying all quality requirements to make code production ready
• Active in a continuous improvement of the process, methodologies, technologies and practices

Qualifications:

• Object oriented, component and service based architecture
• 5+ years of Java/Java EE experience including JPA
• Java 11 lambda strong comprehension
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, REST API
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes or Elastic stack is a plus
• Agile/Scrum Software Development practice
• Tools knowledge: Jenkins, Git, BitBucket, Gradle, Jira, Confluence, Sonar, IntelliJ
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
