About the role
The Invoicing and Supply Chain Financing Product team is a dynamic, Paris or London-Based team delivering and supporting a technology application in Invoicing and Supply Chain Financing Management that meets the substantial growth needs of the customer.
The Kyriba Product Owner will be responsible for providing strategic direction for our Working Capital solutions taking into account the needs of the marketplace, our customers and current offerings. You will partner with Product Managers to research, understand, and define how specific product features and improvements should be delivered in a SaaS software development environment. This role will document findings into requirements, use cases and / or specifications that will be used for development and testing phases. The PO will work closely with Developers and QA during the strategic planning to ensure they understand the required functionality and are able to properly estimate the work. The PO will also work with Customer Care and Client services support team members, interacting with internal users to identify root causes for issues.
The Product Owner for Working Capital will also assume the role of Business Analysts for this part of the product by writing specifications and performing acceptance testing on the functionality that is part of the strategic roadmap.
This individual must be a self-starter who has experience working in an Agile software environment and a strong communicator who can work with business stakeholders to understand business needs, drivers, and direction in order to align initiatives appropriately into releases. The product and role are global in nature and this person will primarily work with teams in Paris, London and San Diego thus a willingness to work across time zones is required. This role will be located in our Paris or London offices and will report directly to the Senior Director, Working Capital.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Lead product strategy for Working Capital solution
Define and gain alignment on product roadmap
Work with customers on product functionality commitments
Partner with sales to help sell the roadmap to prospects
Perform user research to establish requirements that will best meet client needs
Write detailed specifications for local and offshore developers to execute
Track all work in JIRA
Execute user acceptance tests of functionality delivered by development teams
Communicate project status regularly
Track and report status and other metrics against goals on an ongoing basis
Work with QA teams to develop testing plans
Ensure completion of operational and technical documentation prior to software release for each application or system
Work flexible hours with teams in multiple countries
Establish and adhere to applicable best practices
Adhere to project management best practices.

Education, experience and skills
At least 7 years of experience ideally in factoring business/companies as a business analyst or understanding of corporate finance business operations as well as experience gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating functional specifications, user scenarios…
At least 3 years working in a SaaS environment
Understanding of IT application concepts
Ability to prioritize, adjust, and push for completion of multiple tasks in a fast-paced organization
Strong attention to detail and process oriented
Strong organization skills
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Open-mindedness, curiosity and culture of business surveys
Fluency in English
Desire & ability to work with teams in multiple countries, across time zones.
