About the role
We are looking to hire a versatile and autonomous HR Operations specialist to support all operational and strategic HR needs and to provide client focused and pragmatic HR advice and support to managers and employees alike.
Your main role will be to provide various administration support to the teams in France and Southern Europe. This role reports to the regional HR Manager.

Essential duties and responsibilities
End to end responsibility for managing all HR administration related data including processing starters, leavers, employee changes, leave of absence, employee status regarding right to work in Europe and other ad hoc requests using the Kyriba HRIS system.Maintain all HR employee records/paperwork, ensuring the HR employee files always contain all appropriate information.Completing the new hire and on-boarding process, such as setting up employees in the HR systems and ensuring all relevant hire documentation is recorded and retained accurately.Managing the issuing and return and documentation of new contracts, contractual changes, amendments, and other employee relations documentation.Be the payroll referent, collect variable payroll elements monthly and control pay slips in connection with an outsourced payroll provider.Providing first line support for all HR enquiries covering all our offices based in France and other Southern Europe locations.Contributing to the development of training initiatives.Ensuring compliancy with all quality requirements (SOC certification)Working closely as part of the Global HR Team to provide support and collaborate on ad hoc projects and interventions as requestedResponding to ad hoc reporting requests.Education, experience and skills
Bachelor's degree in human resource ManagementAt least 3 years of experience in a HR administration role in France with a strong focus on HRISGood knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in France mandatoryExperience in payroll and with external payroll providersRigorous, organized and detail-orientedCreative problem solving and decision-making skillsAbility to deal with ambiguity, tight timelines, and multiple prioritiesAbility to come up with new ideas, to challenge the status quo and to anticipate due datesStrong interpersonal communication and listening skillsProven application experience of HR information systems and strong technical skills, in Excel, Word, and PowerPointFrench/English fluency required.
