In that context your main activities will be to:

• Product management Assets/Topology
• Incident or Change management features and identify opportunities
• Define priorities and strategy in the move to ServiceNow
• Push, drive & monitor the adoption of ServiceNow
• Define the roadmap aligned with expected values
• Identify new opportunities and conduct competitive advantage with the component product management or domain expert or business unit

• Ideally a previous experience with ServiceNow (ideally ITOM module)
