Kipli’s mission is to bring nature into our homes by proposing natural alternatives for our interior.

Our markets today are France, Germany, Italy and Spain and we want to continue our expansion in Europe. Kipli is a profitable company, with a mindset focused on a long term journey.

Job description

Currently we are looking for an International Director.
As an International Director at Kipli you will be in charge of Kiplis international expansion and P&L of all countries besides France.

The missions

  • Define a 3-year strategy for Kipli’s internationalization leading to an ambitious business growth
  • Align different teams (marketing, product, brand, ops) for each country
  • Work hand in hand with with other teams to raise and resolve potential blocking points in order to reach your objectives
  • Ensure the monitoring of the international strategy and results by periodic reportings to the e-team members
  • Manage a team of country managers responsible for their respective countries
  • Open new markets
  • Choose the right local key partners
  • Find the right path to develop growth, adapting the model to local behaviours
  • Manage your own budget rigorously and independently
  • Take part in Public and Press Relationship Management

The objectives
Increase the turnover of Kipli’s markets focusing on:

  • Optimization of CVR
  • Increase the traffic with a balanced objective of ROI
  • Increase the notoriety of Kipli outside of France

Preferred experience

  • Ecommerce knowledge and 360° vision
  • Management and project management:
  • Digital Marketing Skills
  • SEO Skills
  • UX understanding
  • Anlytical skills and being at ease with data
  • Broad and relevant network


  • German native
  • Proven experience in a similar scope
  • Negociation Skills
