The challenge

This role is a unique opportunity to start your career in the Strategy & Sales organization of a hyper-growth tech company. We are looking for a Strategic Projects Associate to help our Sales team tackle new markets, be more productive and achieve their high targets on time. The ideal candidate has a passion for startups and growth and wants to evolve in an A-list and international environment.

The Strategic Projects Associate role is an excellent way for overachievers, very ambitious, tenacious and resourceful people to position themselves on a solid career growth path within Kili and progress into the following positions:

  • Kili Sales Graduate program: a fast track in becoming an Account Executive
  • Sales Operations & Strategy Associate
  • Sales Intelligence Associate

How will you make an impact?
As a member of the Sales Operations team, you work on go-to-market strategies and lead generation. You will also drive operational excellence for our sales organization by owning the sales tool stack. Finally, you will act as a critical partner to our Sales team and help us drive forward improvements.

Your mission

Act as an explorer:

  • Make data-based assumptions and investigate potential new markets and leads weekly
  • Validate your hypothesis working closely with Operations and Sales Teams
  • Make cold calls alongside the Sales team to collect strategic lead information
  • Create and monitor KPI’s for the sales team

Master the Sales tools stack:

  • Create and Own the best scalable strategic processes at Kili
  • Own Manage and enrich daily (Salesforce, Salesloft)
  • Own the relationship with all our external partners and source new ones
  • Find and manage new tools/standards to improve our team’s efficiencies by automating processes and forecasting.

  • Fluent in English
