The challenges

This role is a unique opportunity to start your career in the Revenue organisation of a hyper-growth tech company. You play a critical role as the first representative of our products and services as we build our customer base and company.

The BDR role is a great way for overachievers, very ambitious, tenacious and resourceful people to position their-self on a strong career growth path within Kili and evolve as Account Executive within our organisation. At Kili, we are a performance driven organisation and yours will define your evolution at Kili.

As a Business Development Representative at Kili, you will be responsible for building the Go-to-Market strategies for your territory, mapping the industries and complex organisation as well as build framework to strategically qualify business prospects for the Kili sales team. You will be as well in direct contact with Kili customers (F1000 companies) in order to qualify their interest and follow the initial stages of the sales cycle as well as pitch our SaaS Entreprise platform offerings.

Your Mission

  • Build the Go-to-Market and strategise with Account Executive to address your territory
  • Quickly establish a rapport to identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer and present a compelling, credible business case for Kili Technology’s product and service
  • Be an active part of the team, sharing best practices and participating in the Business Development organisation’s projects
  • Generate genuine interest in Kili Technology’s products and services through phone conversations and emails
  • Conduct initial phone, email outreach and schedule discovery meetings with prospects for Account Executive
  • Consistently exceed your targets (outbound calls and meetings/demos scheduled with qualified leads) per day/week/month.

  • Prior experience in Consulting, Sales (SaaS experience preferred) or/and CxO exposure is a plus

Déroulement des entretiens

  • Introductory call (15-30 minutes)
  • In-depth interview (45 minutes)
  • Business case + debriefing session (1 hour)
  • Final interview
