Who are we looking for ?

We’re looking for our first Growth Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team (5p). A Creative marketing, thoughtful partner to collaborate with Sales (10p) who will have the responsibility of identifying, building, and scaling the company’s growth channels to generate leads. As a key marketing player in our go-to-market organization, you will responsible of iterating and optimizing the outbound strategy to generate highly qualified opportunities for the growing sales pipeline. If you are a hands-on growth marketer that thrives on scaling a modern B2B growth engine, this is the role for you.

You’ll work closely with the rest of the company, especially the Head of Demand Generation and the Sales team. You’ll play a critical role in moving the company to the next level.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead outbound campaigns end-to-end from conception that engage, nurture, and generate pipeline for sales by a/b test email copy. Define objectives, execute, track, and report. Continuously brainstorm new growth ideas, test, learn, iterate.
  • Be accountable for increasing sales pipeline and new client acquisition
  • Work closely with the Sales team on pursuing various digital channels to drive traffic, generate and score leads. Constantly optimizing the sales pipeline built from your efforts to keep a 25% close rate.
  • Build scripts, scrapers, leveraging the latest technology to create the best possible customer experience at all stages of the funnel
  • Ensure Intent leads identified are well contacted and convert into new customers
  • Document one to many processes, programs and procedures
  • Collaborate closely with teammates from different functions such as growth engineering, sales and marketing.
  • Analyze data to prove ROI and manage dashboards/reports to track campaign success

Preferred experience

Preferred experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Growth Marketer, Demand Generation, Outbound Marketer in the B2B SaaS industry, for F1000 companies (6 months sales cycles, 50k ACV)
  • Track record of building channels from scratch. There are typically 1-3 channels that really work for a company. We need someone who built that channel and scaled it to its limit.
  • Know scraping techniques (python, APIFY,….) and love to test new tools all the time to scale your acquisition.
  • Love to automate (Zapier/Integromat), but you also know when to do things that don’t scale
  • Growth mindset: Revenue is your north start metric, you’re focusing on driving new experiments and optimize the current ones to maintain fast growth.
  • Data-driven: You’re able to build growth projects, analyze their results leveraging advanced analytics.
  • Experience in a predominantly sales-led go-to-market environment is a plus, given the majority of our growth will be through sales revenue, not self serve in the future.
  • Read blogs, listen to podcasts, are part of Outbound communities. You’re curious and know that things move fast, so you need to stay on top of what’s new in the ecosystem
  • Fluency in English or native speaker
