If yes, this role might be for you! We are hiring a Talent Acquisition specialist who will work on a large panel of IT and Digital profiles internationally & remotely!

You will be at the beginning of our new International division which will explode in 2022. It’s the perfect moment to join a team that has just been created and have a key role and a real impact on the international development of KatchMe.

You will work with all the key accounts of KatchMe in their Tech/Digital transformation and international growth (including positions based abroad as well as full remote roles).

We have already hired people in the USA, UK, Switzerland, Denmark, Netherlands, Spain, Germany and UAE and this is only the beginning!

Your missions will therefore be:

  • Establish the key points of the customer’s need: required skills, profile, missions, salary
  • Find the best candidates via all our tools (Linkedin Recruiter, Freelance-Info, StackOverflow, Apec etc.) and especially with our techniques :)
  • Qualify, meet, prepare and support your candidates for their interviews (coaching)
  • Highlight the skills of your candidates with customer needs (matching)
  • Negotiate the best offers for your candidates while respecting client budgets and market relevance (negotiation)
  • Ensure follow-up throughout the process and after recruitment (personalised onboarding)

Profil recherché

Whom we are looking for :

  • You have a first experience in recruitment including work-study programs (alternance), ideally in an agency / ESN
  • You want to invest yourself in an ambitious project and to have a key role as the first member of the International division’s team
  • You speak French and are able to work in English 80% of the time (if you are still here, it shouldn’t be a problem :))
  • You are well organised, invested person with good communication skills
  • You are curious, autonomous and stress-resistant :)
