We’re looking for someone to come and join the Kaspr team to own and build out the SEO and Content machine.

This role is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the global SEO and Content effort of a fast scaling business with huge growth potential. This role requires a global approach, you’ll also have the chance to help set the content strategy, reporting into the Kaspr Head of Marketing to build out the required processes and resourcing to enable Kaspr to scale and expand in both new and existing markets.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Developing the content strategy based on Kaspr’s growth goals, suggest and own the content KPIs.
  • Create and document the content plan based on buyer persona development, content mapping, keyword research, etc.
  • Manage the editorial calendar, suggest formats, topics, etc.
  • Where necessary, work with a team of external freelance writers to keep the content machine running smoothly and ensuring goals are hit.
  • Review content and copy created by freelancers and other team members.
  • Ensure that everything is high-quality, without errors, and achieves its objectives.
  • Build an understanding of Kaspr’s audience and personas, and the prospects who will engage with our content.
  • Work with our SEO consultant to build processes and plans to make sure we maintain and constantly improve our core keyword target rankings, adapt to the changing SERPs, own our long term SEO roadmap and validate, forecast and deliver each project on time.
  • Ensure we’re equipped with the monitoring and reporting we need to do our best work and achieve our goals.
  • Measure the opportunity and impact of all SEO and Content efforts, and make data-driven decisions using commercial data to drive strategy forward and iterate as necessary.
  • Coordinate the SEO and Content efforts across multiple regions to avoid duplication or cannibalisation and work with Kaspr’s group company, Cognism, to ensure that both organisations’ SEO plans are in sync and maximising business opportunity for the group as a whole.

Profil recherché

  • You are an exceptional writer - you won’t just love writing; you’ll absolutely adore it! You’ll be proficient in crafting engaging, compelling and optimised copy for websites, blogs, videos and social channels.
  • You ideally have experience working as an in-house SEO where you were responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing the SEO strategy across multiple regions.
  • You have a track record of growing user acquisition through growing traffic to a website.
  • You are used to independently surfacing insights and making recommendations for people to implement.
  • You are organised and have strong attention to detail.
  • You are strategic and can think long term, prioritising opportunities each quarter.
  • You have hands-on experience with both Content and SEO in a B2B Saas company.
  • You are analytical and confident in delving into the content tech stack, tracking metrics, producing reports, gaining insights and using them to improve your work.
  • Confident user of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, BI data tools
  • Organised: Kaspr is a fast-paced and demanding business. You’ll need to be good at managing your time, working to deadlines and seeing projects through from ideation to completion.
