Kaspr is currently growing rapidly in France and internationally. We are therefore looking for new talent to participate in this exciting development.

You will be in charge of identifying and developing new user acquisition strategies (Paid Marketing) based on the various existing acquisition channels (Social ads, Google ads) and to carry out these strategies in the various countries in which we are established. 🌍

The missions :

Creation and management of paid acquisition campaigns and channels (particularly Google Adsà, focused on :

  • Developing innovative campaigns that are optmised to drive conversions and drive expansion in existing and new regions
  • Managing, optimising and monitoring existing campaigns and channels to ensure continued performance (predominantly Google Ads)
  • Budget management and reporting for all SEA activities (100K+ monthly spend)

Performance monitoring
• Closely monitor campaign and channel performance
• Clearly report, present and interpret campaign and channel data to drive key KPI’s and revenue growth
• A/B test approach to campaigns and channels, improving performance and enabling campaign expansion

You will also have the opportunity to participate in the future development strategy of our growth team, helping shape how we expand and grow in existing and new regions.


Profil recherché

  • You will have first-hand experience in digital acquisition and be very familiar in using the following tools : Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager
  • You will be familiar with setting up required automations and reporting for budget and performance tracking
  • Your will be a Google Ads expert and you will have had experience running accounts across multiple regions, and ideally in different languages where required
  • You are proactive and do not hesitate to take initiative, to try new things
  • You are driven by results, and you have great numerical and analytical skills
  • You come from a Native english speaking country. Speaking French is a plus
