An excellent communicator – you can influence effectively and are highly competent and presenting to and engaging with stakeholders and acting as the 360 degree lynchpin between new prospects and current customers.
Commercially astute – You will be responsible for maintaining long-term customer relationships and prospecting to net new customers. You will be commercially focused and required to think longer-term to nurture and develop the working relationship; and act tactically to ensure the customer remains with Kaspr. Planning and forecasting will be a key part of the role, delivering against company targets.
Organised – You will be a reliable individual who delivers on promises, meets deadlines, and remains calm under pressure. Structured, organised and meticulous in your approach to all elements of the role, and excellent attention to detail.

The interviews take place in 3 phases:
1st exchange to get to know your background, your values and your desires
2nd exchange to go into more detail on the technical skills required for this position
3rd exchange to understand the real motivations to join the kaspr team
