To accelerate our B2B & B2G Marketing at the European level, we are looking for a highly hands-on B2B Marketing Manager who is resourceful and tool-savvy, capable of delivering fast and well, without compromising impact.
You will directly contribute to strengthening Karos’ visibility among companies and local authorities in France, but also in Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, and Switzerland.
Based in Paris, you will report directly to the Chief Impact & Marketing Officer and you will work very closely with our Regional Managers, who will count on you to help them convince decision-makers with the right content, at the right time, on the right channels.

Coordinate with Sales teams and Regional Managers to produce powerful, tailored content for each target.
Adapt messages to local contexts (language, challenges, maturity levels) across our European markets.
Manage the entire chain: logistics, branding, content, supplier coordination, on-site presence, lead capture.
Make sure everyone knows we were there: handle all communications around our participation.
You’re a tools geek (Hubspot, Brevo, Mailchimp…): you can build, automate, test, and analyze.
You craft a polished, clear, impactful newsletter… in a few hours, not a few weeks.
You live by the golden rule: “Better done than perfect”, and you always deliver on time.
Write or coordinate the production of case studies, brochures, visuals, carousels, landing pages, microsites, press kits…
Work fast, clean, and with impact — and recycle every piece of content to maximize reach.
Animate our LinkedIn accounts (FR and Europe) and support executives or regional directors to speak with impact.
You know what works, adjust continuously, and grow Karos’ visibility and credibility.

You have 2 to 5 years of experience in operational B2B/B2G marketing, ideally in a scale-up, an impact-driven company, or a hybrid public/private environment.
You are resourceful, fast, organized, able to adapt to demanding stakeholders, and you deliver on time.
You’re a tools enthusiast: Notion, Canva, Hubspot, Webflow, Descript, Riverside, Brevo, Zapier, ChatGPT… you test, mix, and optimize.
You speak and write perfect English and French (working languages).
You are rigorous, creative, and impactful in your work, even starting from scratch.
