❓ Purpose of the Job

As the First Product Manager at Karmen, you will have the opportunity to improve the Karmen product. You will be the first member of the Product team, working closely with the CTO & the founders to build a financing solution for companies, helping them receive funds and getting access to financial insights.

🎯 Main missions

  • Product specifications:

    • You will need to explain how features works to the dev team to help them develop efficiently
  • User research:

    • Collecting feedback & insights about our targets, interview with our clients.
    • Insights about the platform usage
    • Insights about future usage that could be added to the platform
  • Be creative in order to bring value to our users:

    • Improving Karmen’s products

  • A 1h visio with Sébastien, CTO & Co-Founder, to discuss about the position, the team and your skills ;
  • A take home case study to validate your skills in product management ;
  • A 1h visio with Sébastien, CTO & Co-Founder to discuss about your case study and your skills ;
  • A 30’ coffee with Gabriel, CEO & Co-Founder for a get to know each other ;

The recruitment process will last approximately for 2 to 3 weeks.
