As Growth Outbound, you will be responsible for developing and executing Karmen’s outbound acquisition strategies and channels.
You’ll play a critical role in owning the acquisition strategy from conception to implementation across our various client acquisition channels, and in scaling those channels efficiently. You will work closely with our Head of Sales & Marketing Manager in order to reach as many qualified prospects for Karmen.
We are looking for a stellar profile who is highly motivated, passionate about B2B, SaaS / Fintech, willing to roll up their sleeves, and understands how to experiment quickly across various targeting channels. The objective: build and scale a best in class automated sales machine. This role of 1st growth could expand into Head of Growth within 6-9 months, to recruit a team (eng, inbound, ops), based on your performance.
