🎭 Role

As Growth Outbound, you will be responsible for developing and executing Karmen’s outbound acquisition strategies and channels.

You’ll play a critical role in owning the acquisition strategy from conception to implementation across our various client acquisition channels, and in scaling those channels efficiently. You will work closely with our Head of Sales & Marketing Manager in order to reach as many qualified prospects for Karmen.

We are looking for a stellar profile who is highly motivated, passionate about B2B, SaaS / Fintech, willing to roll up their sleeves, and understands how to experiment quickly across various targeting channels. The objective: build and scale a best in class automated sales machine. This role of 1st growth could expand into Head of Growth within 6-9 months, to recruit a team (eng, inbound, ops), based on your performance.

📽 Mission

Lead Generation & Activation

  • Design, implement and automate our sales acquisition strategy from A to Z
  • Scrap databases and resources
  • Enrich our CRM with qualified data / leads.
  • Design and implement multi-channel prospecting sequences that convert (cold emailing, LinkedIn message, etc.)
  • Launch nurturing and retargeting actions

Data analysis & optimisation

  • Analyze the KPIs of our campaigns and iterate continuously to improve performance. Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, … You know the drill.
  • Scoring leads to prioritize sales & marketing actions
  • Optimisation of paid marketing campaigns & landing pages

Automation & Sync

  • Your goal : make life easier for everyone ! With automation workflows, scripts, external tools (Zapier, Integromat, etc)
  • Tooling improvement : stack marketing, sales, data & support

Profil recherché

⚡️ What we’re looking for

Experience

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a Growth automation role, in a B2B start up / scale-up
  • Master’s degree or equivalent from a leading university or business school

Skills

  • Strong project management and communication skills: you prioritize between initiatives, clearly report on performance and share learnings.
  • Curious, Tech-savvy and keen on learning in a complex tech environment
  • CRM (Hubspot) and marketing automation tools have no secrets for you
  • Proficient at Excel / Google Sheets + Knowledge in SQL
  • Good knowledge and understanding of analytical tools, A/B testing, SEO, content, no-code tools (Webflow, Zapier, etc), growth hacking techniques, etc.
  • Strong multi-tasker and motivated by continuous improvement, both individually and collectively
  • You are proactive, dynamic, thoughtful, take initiative, and do not stay in your comfort zone
  • A top performer with a history of success
  • Fluent in French and English (both oral and written)

  • Compensation: €55-65k based on experience + BSCPE
