Our marketing team is growing and specialising. We are strengthening our advocacy and product marketing strategy and are looking for the first Head of Global Content Marketing in the team!

Based in Paris, you will support and report to the CMO and work at the group level: UK and North of Europe, Germany, France, Russia, South of Europe. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in an international marketing role as well as in stakeholder engagement strategies within a fast-growing European technology company.

Main responsibilities:

  • Elaborate our global European content strategy strengthening our
    product marketing and getting our customers to talk about our
    platform
  • Be accountable for content marketing at the European level to drive
    awareness, engagement and leads that result in customer acquisition
    and retention
  • Collaborate across functions at the Group level to deliver an effective
    and creative content strategy integrated into prospects and customer
    campaigns
  • Develop and deliver a global European editorial plan and organise
    content production (customer case studies, use case developments,
    product features content, reports, blogs, and any other relevant
    creative formats)
  • Identify and develop any relevant joint marketing plans with our
    partners (Agencies, Technology partners) to address our marketing
    goals and leverage partners’ reputation
  • Develop contents related to events and webinars and create
    presentation decks
  • Manage our FR Content Marketing Manager and work closely with DE
    and UK Marketing Managers
  • Collaborate with our Designer, Growth Marketer, Event Managers

Profil recherché

We’d love to meet someone who:

  • Speaks and writes English fluently (first language of the position)
  • Has an outstanding social and networking mindset to build close relationship with internal stakeholders as well as with customers
  • Has +5 equivalent working experience in marketing and communication, and is familiar with B2B marketing for a SaaS company
  • Has a master degree in marketing and sales, political science
  • Demonstrates impeccable copywriting skills in English and experience of delivering compelling content across various formats (e.g reports, blogs, PR, email copy, video, etc)
  • Brings his / her project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales
  • Has experience with In-Design, Photoshop
