As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for identifying, understanding, and solving complex problems that will make our product move forward.

Our product strategy focuses on three main challenges:

• Expanding our marketplace by onboarding more partners on our platform
• Helping our users make better choices by providing unique data insights
• Making our booking experience always simpler, by improving our processes and our global UX

Your typical week will include:

• Working with Business Experts to identify problems worth solving
• Interviewing users, reading feedback, or watching user sessions to refine your understanding of a problem
• Prototyping solutions, communicating and aligning stakeholders
• Working with developers to identify constraints and complexities
• Finalizing UI and testing usability
• Reviewing final design implementation
• Ensuring you solved the problem by following up on your work
• Lead initiatives to industrialise and improve our design processes

Tools we’re using

• Miro or Fat-marker sketches to communicate high-level ideas and concept
• Sketch for final design implementation using our design system library
• Basecamp is our project management & communication tool

About you

• 4+ years experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer, building digital products in a tech startup (marketplace is a plus!)
• An analytical, problem-solving mindset
• Strong UX/UI skills
• Ability to pitch your ideas and align stakeholders on a shared vision
• Open to give and receive constructive feedback
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated doer
• Excellent ability to communite clearly in French & English (spoken and written)
