Descriptif du poste
We are looking for a Customer SuccessManager that will work closely with the Revenues & Operations teams to build the best customer journey and deliver a strong value to our merchants. This role is at the heart of our customer-centric strategy and our human approach to business.
Assist the merchants in the activation of JUST: from the signing to the first purchase with JUST, your mission is to simplify the merchant journey
Run QBR with our tier 1 clients and automate processes with our tier 2 and 3 clients
Define and build the client’s success plan to achieve their targets according to the customer journey
Develop and nurture the relationship and retention with our client portfolio
Be an specialist of the solution from a technical and business point of view
Share the product roadmap vision to customers
Support the entire follow-up process
Client support (business & technical) in collaboration with the CS team
Work closely with the product team to bring up improvements and feature ideas and with the Marketing team to gather feedback from merchants satisfied with the JUST solution
Adopt a data-driven approach in the management of your portfolio: KPIs analysis + churn detection
You will be a good fit if fill most of the followings:

You are fluent in French. You will be working with French customers and a perfect oral and written French is mandatory for this position. A good level of oral and written English is also necessary.
