Fuel daily growth & optimization of traffic and inbound leads for Jus Mundi to increase acquisition and activation in global markets, notably in the US & UK.

Our target audience is mainly global legal professionals searching for online legal resources (documents and professionals). At the core of our go-to-market strategy, there is a constant flow of qualified inbound leads relying primarily on an important and growing organic traffic. This organic traffic is driven by our product itself that contains hundreds of thousands of high value documents and profile pages listed on Jus Mundi.

We are looking for an exceptional profile who will grow our inbound leads by increasing our traffic (SEO/SEM) and optimizing our activation rate, including by implementing retargeting ads. Key KPIs are the number of qualified inbound leads and the average search engine ranking.

Reporting to Sneha Ashtikar, Head of Marketing, this position will work closely with tech, product, sales and the rest of the marketing teams.

Your Missions

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies for both our product and the marketing content team;
  • Monitor and improve search engine keyword ranking, keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink building;
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other technical factors to improve SEO positions;
  • Manage multinational SEA campaigns (set-up, monitoring, bid optimizations, A/B testing) in order to reach business performance targets;
  • Create pay-per-click (PPC), search engine marketing (SEM), Search Engine Advertising (SEA), and LinkedIn & targeted/retargeted ad campaign strategies;
  • Track٫ report٫ and analyze website analytics;
  • Optimize website content, landing pages for users’ activation by defining and executing the A/B testing strategy on the website;
  • Identify and monitor key KPIs for inbound leads generation and create reports to assess our SEO/SEM performances and provide meaningful analyses and insights;
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO/SEM and digital marketing latest trends and best practices; and
  • Provide internal training to evangelize SEO throughout the company, educating the team on both technical and content best practices, utilizing the latest trends in SEO techniques.

Profil recherché

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in an SEO/SEM agency or 3+ years as a SEO/SEM project manager for a B2B lead generation startup.
  • Languages: You speak English fluently. Knowledge of anyone or more of these languages French, Spanish, Russian, Mandarin would be a plus.
  • Advance knowledge of Google & LinkedIn Ads.
  • You’re familiar with platforms like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Screaming frog, Moz, Ahrefs, Sem Rush and more.
  • Analytical mind: Motivation to dig deeper to identify & understand regional market trends & set SEO strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Expertise in A/B and other testing methods.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience editing website with WordPress.
