Descriptif du poste

In JOW Customer Success team, you will develop strong customer relationships while helping manage the entire post-acquisition customer journey, from onboarding, expansion, and retention. You will act as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product, technology and recipes design. Your work will be highly visible and critical to our success. You will be able to (and are expected to!) make an immediate impact. You’ll be part of the initial core team of a rising startup with fresh VC backing.

  • Take part in the CRM strategy and help implement campaigns and automation scenarios on our different tools for emailing, push notifications and chatbot.
  • Building and blasting campaigns and commercial offers to JOW user base through our newsletters, push notificatifs and in-app communications.
  • Deepdive into our current CRM tools to exploit them to their full potential (notification badge center, wallet or web notifications, etc.)
  • Conduct frequent customer health-checks, prepare and educate customers on new features and releases to ensure that they’re realizing the full potential of Jow, and increase product adoption and usage
  • Maintain and grow monthly recurring revenue for Jow’s most valued customers

Profil recherché

  • You have superior collaboration and communication/interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Your French spelling is flawless
  • You enjoy helping people
  • You know how to create exceptional customer satisfaction out of complicated situations
  • Don’t bend under pressure (our environment is fun but challenging).
  • You possess that rare blend of digital expertise and sales acumen wrapped in a strong customer-centric mentality
  • You have strong analytical, problem-solving and dot-connecting skills with the ability to develop quick, accurate situational awareness
  • Bonus skills : fluent English
