In JOW Customer Success team, you will develop strong customer relationships while helping manage the entire post-acquisition customer journey, from onboarding, expansion, and retention. You will act as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product, technology and recipes design. Your work will be highly visible and critical to our success. You will be able to (and are expected to!) make an immediate impact. You’ll be part of the initial core team of a rising startup with fresh VC backing.
