JOW is reinventing the way people shop for groceries and making meal planning a breeze. Its intuitive platform allows customers to choose from a variety of delicious, personalized recipes and have the exact ingredients delivered directly to their door by its supermarket partners. Video tutorials make the process so easy and enjoyable, customers can go straight to the most enjoyable part of cooking! 
JOW also helps users shop for their everyday needs by preparing a personalized list of repeat purchases.

As Graphic Designer, you will support our marketing and Food team in creating engaging, visually appealing and on-brand content for a variety of campaigns and channels.
You will play an integral role in setting the company’s brand awareness strategy, development and future growth. Your work will be highly visible and critical to our success. You will be able to (and are expected to!) make an immediate impact. You’ll be part of the initial core team of a rising startup with fresh VC backing.

What you’ll do

  • You design and produce high impact designs and content that bring our brand value proposition to life

  • You create design assets for a variety of marketing and communication projects, using a broad range of formats such as video, social post, infographics, newsletters, presentations, print

  • You assist the food content team at video and photoshoots when necessary

  • You participate and contribute in brainstorms, meetings, and presentations


Profil recherché

Desirable Skills

  • You are passionate about graphic design, and have a portfolio you’re proud to show
  • You have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a digital agency/brand/startup in a similar role
  • You have excellent project management skills enabling you to lead and execute multiple projects within constrained resource environments
  • You master all aspects of campaign management including planning/testing, creative development and ongoing optimization
  • You are able to establish visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and colour effectively and with attention to detail
  • You are Familiar with the latest Creative Suite software to be hands on as needed
  • You have functional knowledge of production for print, video, web and mobile

Déroulement des entretiens

  • Call: to know about each other and check if the stars are aligned
  • Lunch with the team: we want you to be happy to see our teamates every morning, so one of the very first thing we check is the cultural fit. We have a “no brilliant jerk” rule. Being nice, cool and humble is as mandatory as being good at what you do ;-)
  • 2 to 3 more formal/classic interviews with the team
