We’re currently looking for a creative and brand-obsessed talent to help us build JOONE’s community in UK ! This job is ideal for individuals who want to show initiatives and team work.
You will be involved on transversal projects with different teams, from product and brand launches to existing products and brand optimisation.
As the owner of Joone’s image locally, you will work closely with our brand managers and operations team integrating creative processes to the operations making sure that our communications are as engaging as our products.
Working hand in hand with our UK Country Launcher, you will be in charge of:
Develop and implement the online presence strategy locally to expand and engage our community:
- Set-up and implement Joone’s social network strategy locally (editorial planning, language elements, etc.)
- Lead daily communications on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or via email, and ensure the right follow-up on customers’ requests, comments & feedbacks
- Set up the influence strategy on social media (paid partnerships)
- Set-up and manage local Joone’s blog, generate the right content related to parenthood and babies, attract newcomers and interact with the community.
- Be responsible of JOONE’s e-reputation and benchmarks
PR management, partnerships & events :
- Manage the relationship with our PR agency : set up the right messages and the objectives, then follow-up on a daily basis (check press releases, brief regularly on Joone’s news, …)
- Imagine & set up partnerships with attractive brands who share our values (mailing, sampling & contests with gifts…)
- Organize impactful events, and bring the community together
- Help the country manager become an influential spokesperson of the company.
Support marketing initiatives locally while protecting the Brand :
- Marketing and growth are handled by our HQ team. They manage online paid acquisition, marketing automation and product updates but will need your help to adapt them to your country’s specifications.
- Proofread marketing materials and adapt them to the local market
- Help the marketing team to adapt their ads and campaigns to your local specificities
- Be a source of feedbacks and proposals to help marketing’s team being efficient in your country
- Conduct local market studies and user studies to adapt the strategy to local insights
