Jolimoi is a multi-brand social sales platform based on a community of people that all share a passion for beauty. Our mission is to help everybody to find their true beauty and the products that fit with it. We use peer-to-peer selling and innovative technologies to empower customers, create more transparency, and provide them with a human and personalized experience. We are building a network of independent beauty stylists that provides customized advice to our customers using a platform built for their needs. To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a new junior Devops.

You will join our tech team composed of 20 people including 2 SRE and will have the possibility to have a big impact in our products, our processes and our stack.

Your tasks :

• Help to maintain and scale a resilient architecture
• Ensure the platform is secure by design
• Work with developers teams to optimize our deployment, monitoring, as-well-as debugging processes
• Embodies basic SRE best practices to improve reliability and performance
• Implement, maintain, and scale our continuous integration and delivery pipeline
• Document your design choices; produce enough documentation so that someone else can maintain and improve your codebase
• Drive improvement across Jolimoi technical stack, collaborating where appropriate to continuously improve the products and services we offer
• Being on-call and facilitating emergency/incident responses
• Automate everything!

At least one or two years of experience on a SRE position.

Technical skills:

• Have experience in deploying and managing web-based applications
• Have experience in deploying or maintaining tooling supporting high observability of the platform
• Have experience with a Cloud provider
• Have the drive to automate away problems
• An experience with orchestration and containerization is a plus (Kubernetes, Docker)

Soft skills:

• Can identify problems before they happen, dig deep for root causes, and implement solutions that prevent future occurrences
• Able to follow our tech principles: being pragmatic, boring architecture first and always stay KISS
• Are someone who gets things done and takes responsibility. You have a problem-solver and curious mindset
• Able to work efficiently with little supervision, with a high degree of self-motivation and accountability

• Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English;

Job based in France (idealy not too far from Paris). In full / partial remote / presential in Paris (at least two non-consecutive days at the office) - working with a good package (Swile, Alan, Teambuildings) in a startup growing fast. Start date could be before october
