We are looking for an outstanding person to join Jolimoi as CFO and onboard on our amazing adventure.
A CFO at Jolimoi, you join a fast growing start-up (+300% yoy) and work directly under the CEO on finance, HR and legal.
You are a member of the Comex and have a leading role in the company. You participate in the definition and implementation of strategic decisions, providing the financial vision of the business with teams and investors. You support the strong future development of the company by structuring support functions at the service of the business.

Finance, accounting and control :

• Manage and build accounting, finance and administrative function that will ensure a high readability of the activity and the flows in a context of strong growth of the activity
• Lead financial and strategic planning, business forecasting and corporate development. You are in charge of budget allocation and control with teams.
• Define key indicators and build strategic dashboards to understand and manage the activity (activity forecasting, customer acquisition cost, LTV, CAC, analysis by sector, country, etc.). You alert on optimisation
• Use data to improve decision-making, promote reporting, data sharing, and the analysis of metrics
• Oversee cash flow management, accounting and budgeting (monthly, quarterly, annual reporting)
• Responsible for accounts accuracy and publication
• Banks relationships and non dilutive financing - debts/ subventions..
• You advise CEO on corporate organization and financial / fiscal structuration

Investors relations and Business model :

• Lead communication with investor relations, including drafting board communications and fundraising financial materials
• Build and refine business models, financial forecasts and operational goals
• Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts
• Identify, develop and execute analysis of business initiatives, product launches and/or new service offerings

Legal and HR :

• Oversee legal and fiscal matters, contracts validation and controlling.
• Lead renegotiation of contracts in line with financial objectives
• You work on international expansion on the legal, fiscal and HR side (international remote). You work closely with external counsels of the company.
• Responsible for corporate documentation and administration : General Assembly etc…
• DPO role and in charge of RGPD implementation with our consulting firm

• Formation : Bac+5 minimum - major in Finance.
• Experience : 5+ years in finance as CFO/VP Finance in fast growing environment - ideally start-up/scale-up with previous management experience
• Strong analytical mindset - you’re data-driven and are comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges
• Hands-on and problem solver - no task is too big or too small - ability to get involved and “get your hands dirty” if necessary.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills - you are a great team player
• You are credible and experienced in dealing with investors
• You are comfortable reporting on key indicators such as Monthly Recurring Revenue, Customer Acquisition Cost, Annual Contract Value, Churn
• You are able to make quick decisions, be pragmatic, frugal, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
• You speak both English and French fluently
