Talking about consumers, we actually need to make them discover our amazing product! Hence, we need a Traffic Manager.

Your main mission? Managing our user acquisition on every channels creating a powerful and reliable machine.

You will report to the CMO B2C and will work closely with the User Acquisition Manager.

Your responsibilities:

• Campaign management: You will own our acquisition campaigns on every platform with a constant obsession to decrease our costs. Figures are your favorite thing in the world.
• KPIs ownership: You will be responsible of our user acquisition performance on every channel (at each step of the acquisition funnel).
• Testing new channels, new campaigns, new audiences, new ads: You will constantly be running tests to improve our costs. You are never satisfied, the kind of person who orders two meals in the restaurant to compare.
• Creative briefs: You will be responsible of all the content promoted on our ads and thus, you will work closely with the brand team to create appealing and engaging content.

• Experience: You have at least 1-2y of professional experience as traffic manager, user acquisition specialist or equivalent for mobile app (relevant internships can count).
• Tools: You are at ease with Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, Excel/GSheet.
• Analytic skills: You love analyzing your actions to take data-driven decisions.
• Attention to details: You know that the devil is in the details and you always spot issues.
• Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges, you welcome feedback and you are willing to get better everyday to reach excellence.
• Languages: You are fluent in English both written and spoken, as we are expanding internationally soon.
