As People Operations Intern, your main mission will be to help making the company grow by attracting the best talents worldwide and delivering an amazing experience to our employees. You will significantly contribute to drive the company’s success by working with all teams and helping the organization scale.

Your responsibilities:

  • Applications assessment: you will manage the screening of candidates on our recruitment tool and conduct pre-qualification interviews.
  • Headhunting: you will source and reach out top profiles after having identified Joko’s needs with hiring managers. You will participate to the follow-up of the interviews as well.
  • Hiring process: you will ensure a data driven and robust internal recruitment process to assess all candidates smartly, fairly and in favor of diversity.
  • Employer branding: you will ensure an incredible candidate experience and will find creative and out of the box ways of sourcing the best talents worldwide.
  • Employee experience: you will participate to the onboarding & offboarding of employees to offer them a best-in-class experience. You will help providing our employees with working conditions that will enable them reaching excellence in their work.

Profil recherché

Preferred experience

  • Education: you have a higher education degree, you are looking for an end-of-study or gap year internship. A former experience in recruitment or in a people related field is a plus!
  • Mindset: you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). You have an entrepreneurial spirit and you like challenges. You welcome constructive feedbacks and you are willing to get better everyday to reach excellence.
  • Adaptability: you are curious, you like learning and working in autonomy.
  • Problem solver: you are pragmatic and know how to solve problems quickly. You are analytical and rigorous.
  • Language: you are fluent in French and have an excellent level in English (spoken and written) as you will be in touch with English speakers candidates.
