    JOIN Agency is a trading desk specialized in the tech and entertainment sectors that works with both media agencies and direct brands. We operate in a highly competitive sector occupied by :

    • Media agency trading desks, which capture a large share of investments due to their strong links with advertisers.

    • Independent trading desks, which differentiate themselves mainly by offering proprietary solutions directly to advertisers.

    In this ecosystem, our strength is to offer trading that is truly focused on the interests of our clients, based on our knowledge of the sectors, our media expertise and our in-depth client support. This approach has enabled us to attract a large number of clients and to triple our turnover last year.

    We want to become a privileged partner of agencies and advertisers in the tech and entertainment sectors, which are growing rapidly and becoming increasingly complex. Today, our main challenge is to find new clients and retain them in order to diversify our portfolio and accelerate our growth.

    Descriptif du poste

    JOIN Agency has been in a growth phase for several months. In order to support it while structuring ourselves, we are looking for a sales profile capable of adapting to the challenges of a structure in full construction by joining our team composed of Arthur, our Head of Agency as well as Anicée and Alix, our Account Strategist.

    🧠 Your Role

    You will work directly with Arthur, our Head of Agency, who will be your direct manager.

    • Your main mission will be to prospect in the agency and directly with advertisers to expand our client portfolio, but also to think about a strategy to win new clients.

    • You will also be responsible for tracking, retaining and ensuring the satisfaction of our new clients to ensure our long-term growth.

    • You will also be expected to participate in the improvement of prospecting methods and sales support. You will have a real impact on the development of the company, on our turnover but also on our working methods.

    This position is key to taking JOIN to the next level in its development. If you want to play a key role in building a young company and see it grow, this is the job for you!

    💰 Compensation

    Compensation between 40€ and 45K€ + 16k variable, depending on your experience.
