We have an amazing job opportunity for you! John Paul Group is seeking a highly motivated CORPORATE LIFESTYLE CONCIERGE to be part of our growing team. In this role, you will get to work with an amazing team to create memorable experiences around the world for our clients. As a Lifestyle Concierge, you will conduct research requests that range from moving companies, data recovery for personal devices, mobile petting zoos for a kid’s party, to comparing winter coats, and everything in between. Our Lifestyle Concierge will also provide travel research and assistance to our clients. You will focus on providing exceptional, high-touch service to clients in research, travel, and event planning.

This position works from home two days out of the week, and three days in the office located in Cupertino, California. The starting salary is $40,000 USD per year.

CORPORATE LIFESTYLE CONCIERGE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct thorough research on lifestyle requests including relocation services, event planning, shopping and gifts, and more.
• Plan, research, and book complex travel including airfare, private car service, car rentals, hotel accommodations, fine dining, theater plays, sporting events, concerts, cruise packages, vacation packages, and so much more.
• As ambassador, provide exceptional service to all clients aligned with the John Paul brand.
• Promote collaboration with team members, and management, to sustain a respectful work environment.
• Adhere to company and client procedures and policies, including Dress Code, Attendance, and Punctuality.
• Any other duties that are needed to drive to the vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by the values of this organization.

CORPORATE LIFESTYLE CONCIERGE REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years of experience booking airfare, private car service, car rentals, hotel accommodations, cruise packages, and vacation packages
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients both verbally and in writing
• Event and party planning experience preferred
• Possess an exemplary positive attitude and passion for offering unmatched service beyond expectations.
• Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
• Excel in building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work effectively in the position.
