We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter, working directly with our Talent Acquisition team. This position is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of Jellysmack’s exponential growth and international expansion. It’s a real challenge and an amazing opportunity to take on new responsibilities and contribute to our growth.
As a Senior Recruiter you will focus on being a true business partner, by building and optimizing excellence in recruitments (sourcing, screening, interviews, on-boarding process) in different fields such as Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance.

You’ll constantly search for innovative and relevant ways to attract and identify the best talents and make sure that we provide a positive experience for our candidates.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Build relationships and cooperate with our hiring managers to understand their needs and develop recruitment strategy by creating a trustworthy relationship with the teams
  • Recruit senior level positions
  • Define and implement the most effective hiring strategy for each level of role
  • Partner closely with the recruiting team to align processes and collect reporting metrics
  • Ensure our recruitment activities are a great experience from initial approach
  • Provide creative solutions to help the business meet its hiring plans
  • Use your advanced direct sourcing techniques to present a diverse candidate slate to hiring managers.

Profil recherché

  • Previous experience in a recruiting firm (min 5 years)
  • Strong experience of full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience in sourcing profiles with different level of experiences (from junior to C Levels profiles)
  • Highly organized, hard-working with a strong work ethic
  • High-level thinker, you are also detail-oriented when executing on projects
  • Natural ability to get things done. You qualify as an “doer”.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and French
