Your mission:

As a key element of the Data Analysis team, you will be in charge of managing and helping the team members to build their career at Jellysmack and to develop their skills on the subjects that drive them.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Create an inclusive team environment, showing concern for success and well-being
• Act as a coach, orchestrate collaboration, help the team grow and remove barriers
• Support career development and discusses performance
• Anticipate recruiting needs, manage headcount
• Act as an ambassador and facilitator with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects
• Improve internal processes and organisation in support of the Data strategy
• Stay abreast of trends in the industry, foster and animate R&D initiatives within the team

A little about you:

• 6-8 years of experience overall including at least 3 years as manager of 5+ people
• Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills
• Excellent organizational management and strong problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a department staff members
• Solid knowledge of the functions and mission of the specific team (Data Analysis)
