You oversees Izipizi’s operation within the United Kindom. You develop business and ensure profitability while managing a sales team and creating budget and forecast. Your also develop and submit monthly and quarterly performance report to management.
Main Missions:
Implementation of the brand strategy in agreement with the Izipizi philosophy
Recruit, train and manage sales team
Build objective plan for the sales team
Follow up sales team to ensure plan achievement
Responsible for P&L
Build Long Range Plan
Forecast annual business
Manage and develop sales with a focus on Key Accounts
Help to build brand image and to grow brand awareness
Help to execute local marketing plan in accordance with master marketing plan
Ensure a strategic watch to constantly adapt company’s product offer
Monthly and quarterly report to wholesale manager
Work closely with sales planning, sales administration, product, marketing, communication,
With 2 years as Sales Manager, or more than 5 years on a sales position and a serious ability to lead a team of young salespeople, you have a good knowledge of key account management in the UK market in a similar industry.
You’re are native or bilingual
Office pack, Sales Force, Monday and Sisense would be your day to day tools
Work experiences and knowledge in fashion, design and/or optical industry is a plus.
