Within the Marketing team, based in Paris, and reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of inWebo’s international events, both digital and physical, and will participate in the execution of the brand’s communication strategy.

1 - Event

• Manage and plan incoming event requests (webinars, conferences, etc.)
• Develop a communication plan to promote the events and measure the impact
• Manage the organization and promotion of the different digital and physical events
• Collaborate with different stakeholders (internal or customers) to help them succeed in their participation / intervention

2 - Branding / Communication

• Social Media management
• Assist the Brand Manager in creating visual and ebook layout
• Support in the preparation of newsletters
• Goodies management

• Fluent in written, oral and public expression in English & French
• Spanish or Italian speaking/writing would be greatly appreciated
• Good understanding of social networks, especially LinkedIn
• A first experience in Event organization / management
• A graphic eye and familiar with adobe tools (Indesign, Photoshop)
• Ability to manage and follow-up several projects at the same time

Remote working possible, but not 100% (offices based in Paris).
