We also provide cutting-edge technologies to equipment manufacturers to create a continuous relationship with their customers, fueled by their machines’ data.

    Based in Boulogne-Billancourt, InUse supports manufacturers in various industries: food & beverage, renewable energies as well as equipment & machine manufacturers such as Shem (Engie), Pellenc ST, Hellenic Dairies etc.

    Your mission 👇

    The Senior Sales Executive mission is to develop InUse’s revenue through a direct sales model targeting equipment & machine manufacturers as well as production sites, with a total ownership of the full sales cycle from lead to close. The position is a unique opportunity to demonstrate your sales skills and abilities to help grow our young startup in France and Europe. This is an opportunity to consolidate experience in sales, customer service, and relationship building in a transforming industry. We’re looking for someone who is natural at selling, passionate about relationships, the manufacturing industry and tech.
    The role based in our HQ in Boulogne-Billancourt will report directly to Axel, Sales Director of InUse.

    What you’ll do ✏️

    • Identify, analyze and qualify targeted industrial companies in western Europe;
    • Prospect industrial original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and factories by connecting to key people (e.g. C-Level, Plant Managers etc) and clearly identifying the production pain points which an IoT software solution could solve (OEE, availability, quality, cost, security…);
    • Raise prospects interest for a new technology to support digital transformation and justify business value and return on investment (ROI);
    • Organize yourself to prioritize leads and adjust the investment in time accordingly, with a logic of revenue, time to close, and potential growth perspectives;
    • Collaborate with the InUse organization to ensure maximum transformation of leads, especially with Customer Success and R&D:
    • Provide feedback benchmarking and lessons learned to participate in the startup agility.

    Preferred experience

    • 7 years min. sales experience, an engineering background is a plus
    • Track record of opening and developing new businesses
    • Experience in selling software solutions, a knowledge of the manufacturing industry is a strong asset
    • Motivated by new technologies and industrial IoT
    • Ability to understand client problems and to demonstrate business value
    • High capacity to prospect and to develop a strategy on a prospect’s situation
    • Experience in sales practices, reporting and use of CRM
    • Masters degree in engineering and/or business administration
    • Fluent English, another european language is a plus
    • Available for business travelling
