Key Responsibilities

International SOS is currently looking for a Sales & Account Manager who will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, closing sales and renewing contracts with existing clients.

 

Main responsabilities:

  • Meet or exceed all minimum required sales activity expectations defined by the General Manager, Yachting.
  • Renewal of service contracts and replenishment of onboard medical supplies for assigned clients.
  • Identification of up-sell opportunities and effective closure
  • Responsible for ensuring problem resolution for assigned client base.
  • Responsible for timely receipt of accounts receivables.
  • Attend and document product, sales and professional development training.
  • Support team members during absences.
  • Assist in setting up/arranging and/or attending special events (seminars, tradeshows) on an as-needed basis.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 


Profil recherché

  • Qualification

    Educated with a Degree level (or equivalent)

    Previous customer service/account management experience
    Previous sales experience
    Previous aviation, yachting and/or medical experience beneficial

    Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing various software programs (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
    Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills, including but not limited to, the ability to present to groups and, interpret and summarise complex written materials.
    Demonstrated competency to perform basic mathematical calculations, including but not limited to calculating percentages, rates, and ratios.

    Additional Information

    Location of the role: 100% remote, but need to bee based in South of France to meet the clients.
