Salary: 33K€ - 35K€
In a context of a fast-paced and growing environment, International SOS is currently looking for a HR Coordinator in Madrid.
As a HR coordinator, you will be in charge of:
Human resources
- Coordinate the onboarding and manage employment,
- Maintenance of the Time Management system and HR IT systems,
- Training and development,
- Occupational health follow-up, etc…
- Supervising monthly payroll with the local provider and ensure internal validation before final submission
- Daily HR support and legal compliance
- Customer Service to internal employees: Advise internal customers on HR related matters (social legislation, internal and external trainings, HR policies, insurances, etc …),
- Contract preparation and registration to Public authorities as well terminations
- Maintaining quality and controlled data on documents for personnel records.
HR project Management
- Coordinate HR projects under the supervision of the HRD Southern Europe
- Ensure a good quality of communication with employees (newsletter, internal communication, employee handbook)
- Coordinate locally the various internal and external HR projects (My Say, Wellbeing Committee, external events)
- Ensure regular reporting upon request
- Oversee and execute the Learning & Developments Processes
Office Management
- Manage facilities, office management as well as the external providers
Preferred experience
Qualification
Educated to Bachelor/Master level, you have a minimum 5 years experience on an administrative job
You speak fluent Spanish AND English
You are customer focus oriened and a great problem solver
