START DATE: April 2022

Salary: 33K€ - 35K€


In a context of a fast-paced and growing environment, International SOS is currently looking for a HR Coordinator in Madrid.


As a HR coordinator, you will be in charge of: 


Human resources 

  • Coordinate the onboarding and manage employment, 
  • Maintenance of the Time Management system  and HR IT systems, 
  • Training and development, 
  • Occupational health follow-up, etc…
  • Supervising monthly payroll with the local provider and ensure internal validation before final submission
  • Daily HR support and legal compliance
  • Customer Service to internal employees: Advise internal customers on HR related matters (social legislation, internal and external trainings, HR policies, insurances, etc …),
  • Contract preparation and registration to Public authorities as well terminations
  • Maintaining quality and controlled data on documents for personnel records.

HR project Management

  • Coordinate HR projects under the supervision of the HRD Southern Europe
  • Ensure a good quality of communication with employees (newsletter, internal communication, employee handbook)
  • Coordinate locally the various internal and external HR projects (My Say, Wellbeing Committee, external events)
  • Ensure regular reporting upon request 
  • Oversee and execute the Learning & Developments Processes


Office Management

  • Manage facilities, office management as well as the external providers

Preferred experience


 Educated to Bachelor/Master level, you have a minimum 5 years experience on an administrative job
You speak fluent Spanish AND English
You are customer focus oriened and a great problem solver
