We are looking for empathetic customer-centric individuals to join a dynamic inbound call center team based in Madrid.
Your role will be to manage inbound calls from Spain and ensure cases are managed effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in a customer service role who is looking for long term career progression.
On a typical day you will be:

- Shift 1: 7h30 - 15h30
- Shift 2: 11h00 - 19h00
- Shift 3: 13h30 - 22h30
- Weekend: 9h00 - 17h00
You speak English, Spanish and French fluently
You have experience working in a customer service role in a contact center or similar environment and managing several cases per day
You have Strong telephone and verbal communication skills and active listening skills
You are Customer focused and empathetic towards customers
You are multi-task and can set priorities and manage time effectively
You can work in a fast-paced environment and you have experience working under pressure
You are a good team player
