InterCloud is looking for his/her new Lead Developer to lead the software development expertise domain to enable InterCloud transformation into a platform for customer services management of diverse cloud connectivity underlays.

Reporting to the CTO, your missions will be the following:

Realign our software assets with our business requirements

• Challenge the existing software stack, manage its lifecycle and plan its evolution
• Identify key milestones according to time to market requirements
• Participate on software development efforts hands-on as a mentor of the team
• Develop InterCloud Cloud Native expertise

Actively contribute to InterCloud Product Roadmap

• Engage with the Product team as a key business partner
• Manage integration of new product and features
• Analyze ecosystem participants to identify solutions leading to new products
• Hold a key stake in projects as a member of assigned task force

Develop the InterCloud software factory

• Map existing team members software proficiency
• Refresh InterCloud software development, QA and documentation policies and processes using industry best practice
• Ensure market leading development velocity

Mandatory Skills :

• Advanced level proficiency with Golang, Java and/or Python
• Hands-on familiarity with container and micro-services architecture
• CI/CD practice enabling high-velocity releases
• Test-driven development
• Comprehensive knowledge of best of breed programming tools, including development environments, version-control systems, bug/issue tracking and code analysis tools
• Distributed systems architecture and implementation
• Fluent French/English
