As PR, Brand & Communications Manager working in conjunction with the InterCloud leadership team, you will formulate our communication strategy, aligning it to InterCloud objectives and championing both the InterCloud brand. You will take the brand framework and tell meaningful and relevant stories inside and outside InterCloud. You will be responsible for delivering global, purpose-driven communications campaigns, and collaborating with the demand generation team to develop meaningful campaign materials that articulate the challenges we help our target audience to solve.

As PR, Brand & Communications Manager, you will focus on:

  • Managing Strategic PR & Comms framework (internal and external) and day-to-day management of the organization’s agencies;
  • Developing and executing meaningful measurements in the PR area – SOV, sentiment, mentions and other relevant metrics;
  • Raising InterCloud’s, the CEO’s and Leadership team’s share of voice in the market;
  • Actively strategizing our PR position versus industry-relevant & competitive areas in the market (including but not limited to member positioning, spokesperson lifting);
  • Building a content function which at the core holds our brand identity and articulates our value, focusing on: Brand identity / Tone of voice / Content Development such as reports, videos, presentation and global awareness campaigns
  • Identifying and creating a crisis communications strategy, plan and execution, identifying potential or emerging issues that may influence and affect InterCloud;
  • Combining the ability to quickly address new and different issues, including new markets, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to influence stakeholders and deliver results in fast-paced environments;
  • Managing InterCloud reputation and supporting the organization in improving visibility and media coverage in each region and across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborating with other departments and representing PR at a senior level within the business.

Profil recherché

  • Numbers oriented, Familiarity with key metrics such as CPA, Customer LTV, MQL/SQL Rate.
  • Proven experience of B2B tech marketing experience – field or business partner prior experience.
  • Demonstrates problem solving skills.
  • Has good business sense, knows what is commercially viable.
  • Solid understanding of PR and a proven track record of increasing awareness within a tech oriented business
  • A strong campaign marketer with experience in inbound and outbound marketing, content marketing, intent marketing, email nurturing, audience segmentation, advertising, content syndication, events and pay per lead programs.
