Context
As part of our strong growth, we are looking for a Application Delivery Manager, a position halfway between technical project manager (~80%) and lead developer (~20%) to ensure the delivery and technical follow-up of the innso solution for a portfolio of customers.

Missions

  • Technical project management for a portfolio of customers.

  • Collaborate with Professional Services team (project managers and business analysts) to ensure a complete quality project management for full customer satisfaction.

  • Communicate effectively with the customer’s technical teams.

  • In charge of the quotation and technical feasibility of each commitment.

  • Ensure regular reporting to management.

  • Design and build efficient CRM services, interfaces, backend systems, web services and out of the box solutions (specific or generic).

  • Ensure Third Party Application maintenance and evolution.

  • Write the technical documentation and follow the good continuous integration practices.

  • Responsible for the developments made on these projects, validation and testing to ensure a high quality of code.

  • Be a technical referent for these projects and share best practices with the rest of the team to improve the level of the developers.

  • Contribute to process compliance.

Driven by the Agile Scrum method, we are organized in multidisciplinary squads of 6-8 people featuring Developers (frontend & backend), DevOps Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Product Owners and QA Engineers.

Profil recherché

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in software development using Java and MySQL.
  • 2-3 years of experience in technical project management.
  • Fluent knowledge of English and French, spoken and written.
  • Master’s IT degree.
  • Good understanding of design patterns.
  • Troubleshooting skills to help debug and resolve production issues.
  • Basic knowledge on DevOps skills.
  • Ability to translate needs and technical requirements of the functional project manager (internal and/or customer) into achievable solutions.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in software development using jQuery.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS editor and knowledge of customer services.
