Context
As part of our strong growth, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer within our Application Delivery team to be in charge of the quality management and testing process of the innso solution for our clients. Our obsession is to make our client projects successful and ensure the customer satisfaction.

Missions

  • Roll out the testing strategy aligned with our product teams.
  • Report on quality risk on each project and play a role of gate keeper to production.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools.
  • Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
  • Identify, record, document and track bugs.
  • Communicate internally (e.g. developers, project managers) on the results of tests and follow the fixes.
  • Ensure regular reporting to management.
  • Collaborate with other QA Engineers as a QA referent within our Application Delivery team.

Profil recherché

Required

  • Minimum 1.5 year experience in software Quality Assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
  • Fluent level of French, spoken and written.
  • Good level of English, spoken and written (B2 level minimum).
  • Master’s degree.
  • Hands-on experience with white box, black box testing and automated testing tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL and scripting.
  • Autonomous, organized, rigorous, and proactive.
  • A taste for technologies and innovation.

Nice to have

  • Experience in software development.
  • Experience in a SaaS editor and knowledge of customer services.
