Context
As part of our strong growth, we are looking for a QA Engineer within one product team. Along with the other members of the squad, you will validate the development of new features and contribute to the improvement of our products in order to meet our common goal: build the best customer engagement products and solutions!

Missions

• Integrated into an agile development team, you validate the development of new features and contribute to the improvement of our products.
• In collaboration with the Product Owner, you participate in the development of test plans: definition of acceptance criteria, writing of test scenarios (functional, non-regression, performance etc.).
• You run the tests, communicate the problems to the team and follow the corrections.
• You collaborate with testers from other teams to share practices and ensure the cross-functional quality of the platform.
• You regularly communicate on the state of health of the product and the results of testing campaigns, you set up and monitor key indicators.
• You identify quality problems and risks and collaborate with the “Delivery” team to get into the resolution of customer problems: identification, coordination and communication.
• You participate in the implementation of automatic tests and their execution.

How we work
Driven by the Agile Scrum method, we are organized in squads of 6-8 people featuring a Product Owner, a Lead Developer (acting as Scrum Master), Frontend & Backend Developers and QA Engineers. Our DevOps Engineers and UI/UX Designers are dedicated to all squads.

Required

• Minimum 5 years experience in software Quality Assurance - if possible in an agile environment.
• Graduated from a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in IT.
• Familiar with web applications (complex configuration), and you are sensitive to the user experience.
• Good level of written and spoken English.
• Good spirit of teamworking, but also a strong autonomy in carrying out your work: curiosity, proactivity, communication, organization and thoroughness.
• Strong sense of quality and customer oriented.
• Real taste for challenge and the will to participate in the success of a business in transformation.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of automation testing tools.
• Technical skills, first experience in automation.
• CRM concepts, ticketing tools (ticket management, helpdesk, chat, social media platforms).
• Fluent French.
