We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to expand our market coverage and boost our sales pipeline. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for converting marketing leads into qualified sales opportunities to help accelerate our growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing to develop new strategies to build our sales pipeline and grow our business
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Set up calls, meetings, or demos between potential clients and Sales
  • Nurture potential clients through phone/video calls and emails
  • Proactively seek new sales opportunities in our growing database
  • Craft personalized email sequences to prospective customers
  • Work to maintain and improve CRM data integrity
  • Learn about our technology and effectively communicate our value proposition with a technical audience. Work to understand their goals and challenges to better understand how we can help

Profil recherché

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • Experience selling software to large organizations
  • Experience using sales software and marketing automation software (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Sales Navigator)
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Open to feedback, genuinely curious and constantly looking for ways to learn and improve
  • Genuine love of technology, with the ability to learn and communicate complex technical concepts - Don’t worry, we’ll give you a lot of resources!
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone - this is the path to success!
  • Hitting your monthly targets by being results oriented and focused on success
