As an analyst, you will be working on multiple deals in parallel in various sectors and industries. Your missions will be to:

• Participate in creating the deliverables in collaboration with our clients,
• Examine acquisition strategies to improve IPTP’s speech with all interested parties,
• Analyze market trends in Data Science, Big Data, Data Management, Computer Vision, etc.,
• Follow the actions taken by global players (GAFAMI, BATX, etc.) in those sectors,
• Qualify and follow European and Israeli startups in those sectors,
• Identify companies by analysing VC and PE portfolios,
• Study of incoming opportunities,
• Analyse our clients’ or targets’ market trends and competitive environments.

As an analyst, you will be highly involved in the process and have a direct impact on the deal. It is a unique opportunity pursue a dynamic career in a fast changing M&A environment.

Requirements:

• Fluent French and English speaker and writer,
• Graduated from a Tier 1 Grande Ecole,
• Proficiency in the Office Suite, especially in Excel & PowerPoint,
• Demonstrable interest in key software concepts and technologies (BigData, ML, AI, CV, etc.),
• PE, VC or Corporate Finance internship experience,
• Team spirit with good communication skills.
