We are currently seeking a Diversity & Inclusion Intern Specialist who will report to the Europe D&I Officer and also interact with our Global D&I Officer.

Location: Paris 5 rue Pernelle, 75004 Paris

Starting Date: August 2021
You will be part of the HR international team.

You are enrolled in a Master’s degree programme, (but we do not close others backgrounds if you think you match with this offer) preferably with focus on HR or I&D, such as Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, Inclusion & Diversity.

With a previous experience within an international team and knowing how to embrace multicultural perspectives
Knowing how to create impactful stories and presentation on Word/PowerPoint and to analyse basic data with Excel
Pro-active, pragmatic with a hands-on mentality
Team worker with the ability to work independently and to juggle priorities
Analytical thinker with the ability to work in a structured way on projects (practical projects management experience is beneficial)
Excellent communication skills, well-versed at wrapping up complex ideas and projects in a concise way and ability to connect with diverse people and cultures
Fluent in English with an international interest. Spanish is an asset
Experienced user of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Digital capabilities , notions in design graphic and videos editing with Suite Adobe software
